The opportunity
The problem we saw
Almost every team that bills for its work does the same three things: it tracks time, it manages the project that time is spent on, and it gets the output signed off. In most organisations those three jobs live in three separate tools that were never designed to talk to each other.
The cost of that separation is not the subscriptions. It is the reconciliation: the hours that do not match the project plan, the approval that arrives after the invoice, the reporting that has to be rebuilt by hand every month. Approva exists because that work should not exist.
